Work partys
When the reigns of camp ownership were passed to CCFWV, it was a moment of "Shock and Awe". The "Awe" part was knowing that receiving the camp was an incredible blessing waiting blossom; the "Shock" was realizing just how much the sagging weight of years had taken its toll on the camp structures. Major remodel and renovation was necessary to bring the camp back to life. Now years later, the camp has given many people the chance to serve the Lord in a lasting tangible way and is much closer to being fully renovated (it's slowly moving from "scary rustic" to "quaint rustic") but there's still a great deal of work to be done.
