Men's Ministry

It is the desired affect of this ministry to raise up men to do the Lord's work in their daily lives.
To do this we encourage the men of our body to develop deeper relationships with Christ but also with other men.

“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17

Men's Fellowship night
Tuesday nights 6:30- 8:30
We desire to equip the men of this body to be the men that God has called them to be. We can look to the apostles in the book of Acts for a good model of how to do this:
“They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” Acts 2:42

In keeping with this we dedicate the first hour of the evening to prayer. Warren Wiersbe said, “Lack of prayer paralyzes us so that we are not able to do anything that will produce lasting fruit to the glory of God.”
“I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or disputing.” 1Tim. 2:8

So that we may grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ we dedicate the second hour of our fellowship night to study of His Word with a few minutes of praise songs as well. The evening always closes with good fellowship discussing the bible study and what God is doing in our lives.

"Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.
